Episode 1
A semi in Claygate in Surrey, a terrace in Willenhall in the West Midlands and a bungalow in Ashton on Ribble in Lancashire are all sold under the hammer.
Episode 2
It is a family affair as a father and son develop a terrace in Lancashire, a mum and daughter work on a three-storey building in the West Midlands and two brothers develop a flat in Gravesend in Kent.
Episode 3
A stone house in Abercynon in South Wales, a two bed semi in West Bromwich and a first floor maisonette in London's Neasden are sold under the hammer. Some of the projects don't go according to plan, including one that stretches over five years.
Episode 4
Terrace houses in Walthamstow in London and Dover in Kent as well as a three-bed semi in Epping in Essex with a lovely countryside view are all sold under the hammer. All three properties need major renovation and reworking, but will there be room for profit after all the money is spent?
Episode 5
A former bank in Nuneaton in Warwickshire is given the wow factor, and developers also work hard to transform properties in Wolverhampton and Stoke.
Episode 6
A couple of semis in Lower Gornal in the West Midlands and Gillingham in Kent are all sold under the hammer, as is a large commercial building in Ebbw Vale in Wales. Martin, Dion and Martel follow progress as the developers get to work.

Today's properties are a former bank in Knott End in Lancashire, a two-bed semi in Stourbridge in Lancashire and a one-bedroom flat, which comes with a garage, in Levenshulme in Manchester.

A beautiful six-bedroom house packed full of period features in Newport in south Wales, a two-bedroom flat near Blackpool's Golden Mile that has lots of potential, and a charming two-bedroom mid-terrace house in Bradford are all bought at auction. All three buyers have experience of developing properties, but will they all manage to make a profit this time?
Episode 16
A quirky property in Fulham, a huge renovation in Tamworth in Staffordshire and a terrace in Bradford that is definitely better on the inside than the outside are sold under the hammer. Martin, Dion and Martel follow the progress on these very different projects.

A Victorian house in London's Crystal Palace, a charming chalet bungalow in Rackheath near Norwich and large end terrace house in Canterbury in Kent are sold at auction. Two are bought as investments, the other as a family home, and all three prove trickier to develop than first thought.

Dion catches up with an ambitious project to create a dream home in Crewe, and a former stables in Derby and a studio flat in London's Paddington are also renovated. None of the projects go exactly to plan, but are their new owners happy with what they end up with?

A lovely Victorian semi-detached house in Forest Hill in London, a terraced house in Stoke-on-Trent and a piece of land in Chesterton in Staffordshire are all bought at auction. All three developers tackle unexpected issues, but each delivers stunning results.

A former commercial unit in Madeley in Staffordshire is given a wow factor finish to create two high-end flats, and two families undertake ambitious plans to develop a fire-damaged house in Wolverhampton and a large former care home in Ilkeston in Derbyshire.
Episode 21
Three different projects, with three different renovation issues are tackled in Gillingham in Kent, Chaddesden in Derby and Burslem in Stoke-on-Trent. All three properties were sold at auction, and the new owners hope to make money on their investments. But for one young couple their auction buy is destined to be their first home together.
Episode 22
A first-time property investor takes on a garden-level flat in London's Crystal Palace, Dion meets a lorry driver who is renovating a mid-terrace house in Stoke-on-Trent, and in Strood in Kent, a navy reservist transforms a three-storey townhouse into a stylish holiday let. All three properties were sold at auction, and all threw up a few trials and tribulations for their new owners.

Two neighbouring cottages in Foston in Derbyshire, a terrace in Breightmet, Bolton and a semi in Leeds are all sold under the hammer. All the properties need major renovations but the results are more than worth it.
Episode 24
Martin catches up on a redevelopment of a £1 million-plus house in Fulham, while Dion talks to developers who have big plans for their buys in St Helens and Stoke.

Martin explores a three-bedroom mid-terrace in Ebbw Vale in south Wales, Dion looks at a one-bedroom bungalow in Lichfield, Staffordshire, and Jacqui takes a trip to Southsea in Portsmouth to see a one-bed flat.

Martin is off to south-east London to see a two-bedroom flat in Welling, while Dion takes a look around a three-bed semi-detached house in Kidsgrove, Staffordshire, and a large converted Victorian property in Wimbledon.
Episode 27
Dion looks around a nonstandard construction, three-bedroom terrace in Grimethorpe, South Yorkshire. He is also in Burnley, Lancashire, to see a two-bed terrace bought by a team of seasoned developers. Martel is impressed by the potential of a small one-bedroom basement flat in Bayswater, London.

A first-time developer creates a fantastic family home from a rundown semi in Stonebroom in Derbyshire, and there are equally impressive projects in Pontypridd in Wales and Cobridge in Staffordshire. Martin, Dion and Martel keep track of all the twists and turns through the renovations.

A seaside property in the heart of Blackpool, a three-bedroom semi in Silverdale in Staffordshire and a smart two-bedroom mid-terrace in Kings Heath in Birmingham are sold at auction. Martin, Dion and Martel meet the property developers - old hands and a first timer - to hear about their plans to make money from their investments.

A run-down home in a large garden in Cranbrook in Kent is transformed into a fantastic home for the young couple who developed it, and Martin follows the progress on renovations in Chaddesden in Derby and Aberdare in Wales. All three houses were sold at auction, and all proved quite a challenge for their new owners.

Martel visits a three-bed terrace in Cumbria and a former commercial property in Stoke where the new owners have a very specific plan. Martin is on the south coast in Southampton to see a two-bed terrace.

Martin is in Newport to see a plot of land with no planning permission but a new owner who has big dreams. Jacqui is in Eastleigh in Hampshire to visit a three-bed mid-terrace, and Dion visits a tight little one-bed bungalow in Lichfield in Staffordshire that requires a change of use to make it a residential dwelling again.
Episode 33
Dion is in Stoke-on-Trent, where we revisit a former council depot we first saw back in January 2015. Tommy Walsh is in Enfield to see a three-bed mid-terrace. Martin is in Southampton, where he meets a seasoned developer for the second time. What does she have planned for two flats that have been squeezed into a mid-terrace?

Jacqui visits a detached house in Bourne in Lincolnshire, Martel takes a look around a mid-terrace in Walsall, and Martin is intrigued by a former library in Troedyrhiw in south Wales.
Episode 35
Dion is in Blackpool to revisit a shell of a property first on the programme back in 2019. Martel is in Derby to see a three-bed semi, and Martin is in the West Midlands in Bilston to visit a three-bed terrace with two front doors.
Episode 36
Martel is in Merthyr Tydfil to meet a first-time developer looking to move away from her nine-to-five lifestyle by renovating a two-bed end terrace. We return to Lower Gornal in the West Midlands to check on the progress of a mother and daughter who were converting a property into two flats, and Jacqui is in Coventry to see a three-bed end terrace.
Episode 37
Dion is in the village of Send in Surrey to see a two-up, two-down property with real potential to extend. Martin is in Derby to visit a three-bed semi that he feels needs opening up to make the most of its space, and Martel is in County Durham in the village of Blackhill Colliery to see a two-bed end of terrace with a very low guide price.
Episode 38
Martel returns to a former pub in Measham, Leicestershire, that she first visited in 2018. Have the owners achieved what they wanted on an ambitious project? Martel is also in Maryport, Cumbria, to see a characterful three-bedroom house - and there's a twist to this particular tale. Martin is in Portsmouth to check out a one-bedroom, first-floor flat.

Dion is in Wolverhampton to see a three-bed end terrace with scope to extend. He is also in Willenhall in the West Midlands to visit a bungalow that might offer more potential as a new-build plot. Tommy Walsh is just outside Norwich in Norfolk to see a three-bed house that he's a big fan of.
Episode 40
Dion is in the Derbyshire village of Kilburn, where a chalet-style bungalow, with a lot of wood panelling inside, offers great development potential. He's also in Huthwaite, Nottinghamshire to see a three-bed end terrace with a colourful reminder of his footballing past. We revisit an old church in Dover, which Martin first saw five years ago. Have the owners managed to realise their grand ambitions for it in that time?
Episode 41
It's a tale of two bungalows for Martin as he visits one in Southampton in a stunning setting, right beside the river, and another one in Wellington, Shropshire, being renovated with family very much in mind. We also head back to Clay Cross, Derbyshire, where Dion saw a plot of land in October 2018 with exciting development potential.
Episode 42
Dion is in his old stomping ground near Stratford-upon-Avon to see an intriguing lot consisting of 16 garages. Tommy Walsh is in Wolverhampton looking at a three-bed detached property, and Martel is in Sunderland where a four-bed mid-terrace has a bit of a damp problem.
Episode 43
Dion is surprised to discover the expense involved in buying a patch of grass in London, before heading off to Greater Manchester to look at a tenanted, terraced property that leaves a lot to be desired. Meanwhile, Martel is off to Cumbria to visit a two-bed semi with an interesting roof.
Episode 44
Dion's off to Staffordshire to investigate a damp and dingy two-bed terrace, before heading to Rochdale where he discovers a neglected detached house with some beautiful period features. Meanwhile, Martel goes to Hertfordshire to find out just what can be done with a pair of old garages.
Episode 45
Martin finds a surprise hiding in a bungalow in Stafford, Dion heads to a semi-detached in Stoke-on-Trent, and we revisit a former church in West Yorkshire to find out whether the newlywed owners managed to transform it into their dream 'forever home'.
Episode 46
We revisit a three-bed semi in the West Midlands that Dion had originally found stripped bare, and Tommy meets a first-time property developer who has bought a three-bed mid-terrace in Sittingbourne, Kent. Meanwhile, Martel sees the light in a two-bed semi in Tyne & Wear.
Episode 47
Dion's seeing double in Cheshire, as he looks around a pair of houses which share a single back garden. Martel gets the chills in Tyne and Wear when she visits a two-bed auction property with hardly any windows left intact. And Martin is spooked by the 'wall of doom' behind a three-bed end-of-terrace in the Rhondda Valley.
Episode 48
Dion is delighted by the quirky original features he finds in a house in Staffordshire, and Tommy meets a sports insurer who is keen to try out his DIY skills on an end-of-terrace in Suffolk. Martin, meanwhile, is surprised by the extra benefits that come with a pair of old garages in south London.
Episode 49
Tommy visits a Norfolk house where someone had already done half the renovation work before selling it at the auction. Dion is in Leicestershire, playing detective to find out where the drips are coming from. Martin, meanwhile, is having fun wielding a big stick at a dated dwelling in Derbyshire.
Episode 50
Martin heads to Suffolk, where he finds himself charmed by a two-bed mid-terrace that has remained largely untouched over the years. He is less enthusiastic about a two-bed semi in Bedfordshire, however, in which he discovers several worrying cracks in the walls. Dion, meanwhile, is off barnstorming in Kent to look at the development potential of an enormous plot of land.
Episode 51
Martin is in Warwickshire to see a property above a former brewery that has a quirky layout and a holey roof. Dion heads to Staffordshire to visit a three-bed mid-terrace with a huge back garden boasting elevated views over Stoke-on-Trent, and we return to Nottinghamshire to catch up with a couple who bought a former farm building at auction.
Episode 52
Martin is in Burton upon Trent to see a two-bed terrace that was already stripped back to brick. Martel visits a three-bed mid-terrace in Burnley, Lancashire, bought by a young developer well on the way to his ambition of owning a large portfolio. Dion is in Newcastle-under-Lyme, where he meets a first-time developer eager to tackle a three-bed semi that seems like a solid property.
Episode 53
Martin is in Tooting to see a three-bed terrace bought by a young developer he first met on the show ten years ago. Dion visits a three-bed semi in Brierley Hill, near Dudley, which was an impulse purchase by a husband-and-wife team. Martel is in Hyde, Greater Manchester, to see a three-bed semi on a corner plot bought by a former quantity surveyor for his son and grandchildren to live in.
Episode 54
Dion is in Newcastle-under-Lyme, Staffordshire, to see a sizeable three-bed end terrace. The potential to extend or even build another property gets him excited. We revisit an old bank in Hyde, Greater Manchester, that Martin first saw back in June 2018. Tommy is in Bridlington, Yorkshire, to see a two-bed, purpose-built flat and maybe grab some fish and chips at the same time.
Episode 55
Dion is in Birmingham to see a three-bed semi-detached with potential to extend. He's also in Handforth, Cheshire, to see a two-bed end of terrace with a potential bonus building plot on the side. Tommy is just outside Norwich in Long Stratton to see a two-bed bungalow.
Episode 56
Dion is in Little Hulton in Salford, Greater Manchester to see a detached building that used to be a licensed guest house. Last orders have long been served, but can the new owner breath new life into the building as an HMO? Dion also visits the Merseyside town of Wallasey to see a three-bed mid-terrace in need of light refurbishment to get it back on the rental market.
We return to a former care home in Ilkeston, Derbyshire that Martin first visited in 2019. Have the new owners managed to create the 'mega HMO' they were hoping to?
Episode 57
Dion is the village of Kiveton Park, just outside Sheffield, to see a three-bed semi on a corner plot. Martin is in the Mackworth area of Derby to view a four-bed detached house with some layout challenges downstairs. Martel is in the Yorkshire village of Pool in Wharfdale, just north of Leeds, to see a two-bed mid terrace with bags of character and charm.
Episode 58
We return to a large detached property in Wimbledon that Dion saw in 2020. It was ripe for development, with planning permission in place to convert it from four flats to seven. Dion is also in Nottingham to see a four-bed semi with the rather unusual sight of numerous fridges littering the back yard. Martin is in Ebbw Vale to see a three-bed mid-terrace that is riddled with damp.
Episode 59
Martin is in Clapham to see an impressive large house, over four floors, offering great development potential. He's also in Barnsley to visit a two-bed mid-terrace with an interesting colour palette and a new owner who hasn't even looked round the place yet. Martel is in Crewe to see a 1930s three-bed semi that needs bringing up to date.

Martel visits a multi-apartment property in south Wales, Martin looks at a two-bed terrace on Merseyside, and Dion is tickled pink by a retro feature he finds in a flat in Birmingham.

Martin is buoyed by a bijou bungalow near Bradford, West Yorkshire, before heading down to Ramsgate on the Kent coast to meet a couple who have found their dream forever home. Dion finds a quirky house in Oldbury, near Birmingham, that just keeps on giving.

Dion attempts to avoid the black mould and cobwebs in a three-bed, bay-fronted house in Gillingham, Kent. Tommy is pleasantly surprised by what's on offer in a ground-floor studio flat in London's East End. And Martin meets a pair of first-time property developers who are taking on a challenging and damp-riddled semi in Stoke-on-Trent.
Episode 63
In Folkestone, Kent, Jacqui meets a fellow designer with some clever ideas for making the most of a quirky former coach-house cottage. Martin heads to Portsmouth on England's south coast to see what can be done with a two-bed ground-floor flat whose layout is less than ideal. And Dion visits a three-bedroomed semi near Mansfield, Nottinghamshire, which comes with a massive bonus.

Featuring a three-bed semi in the West Midlands that is riddled with damp and rot, a characterful first-floor flat in London and a terraced house in Greater Manchester.
Episode 65
Dion is astonished to find everything completely broken down in a terraced house in south Wales, before heading to Stoke-on-Trent to wander around a plot of land with a mysterious past. Jacqui is in south east London, letting her imagination run riot in the back garden of a ground-floor flat.

In Greater Manchester, Martell visits a four-storey former bank that is crying out for some serious investment to give it a new lease of life. Dion and Martin are both in the West Midlands.

Dion is in Wolverhampton to look around a traditional three-bed semi-detached house on a generous corner plot, before heading to Stoke-on-Trent to see a three-in-one auction lot of two flats with a ground-floor shop included.
