Episode 1
Martin, Dion and Tommy keep an eye on three property renovations in Havant in Hampshire, Sutton in Ashfield in Nottinghamshire and Brighton in East Sussex. Two of the developers start their projects thinking they might make their auction buys their homes, but will valuations at the end of the projects make them change their minds?
Episode 2
Two quirky Cumbrian properties in Kendal and Heathersgill are sold under the hammer along with a Victorian mid terrace in Luton in Bedfordshire. Martin, Martel and Tommy follow the property renovations and transformations.
Episode 3
Martel is just outside Bradford to see a three-bed end terrace bought by a father-in-law and son-in-law developing duo. Tommy is in Dulwich, visiting a two bedroom garden flat on which a young developer is keen to make his mark. Jacqui is in Sipson, just beside Heathrow Airport, to see a two-bed ground-floor maisonette with a short lease and missing kitchen.
Episode 4
Martin and Dion follow progress on three developments in Chapeltown in Sheffield, Kingsworth in Kent and Kings Heath in Birmingham. All three developers are faced with a long list of challenges, but they all deliver stunning results.
Episode 5
Martin is just outside Tonypandy, South Wales, to see a three-bed mid terrace, bought unseen by a relatively inexperienced developer. He is also in Sheffield, South Yorkshire, to visit a large, derelict, five-bedroom property riddled with dry rot but with great development potential. Jacqui is in Herne Hill, London to see a four-bedroomed, three-storey end of terrace with character and lots of opportunity to add value.
Episode 6
Martel visits Burton-on-Trent in Staffordshire to see a three-bed mid-terrace bought by an ambitious young couple who want to turn it into upmarket studios. Jacqui is in Tunbridge Wells in Kent to look at an interesting lot of garages with the potential for a very lucrative development. Martin is in Grimsby, Lincolnshire, to see a three-bed mid-terrace with a low guide price.
Episode 7
Martin is in Swansea, along with a four-legged friend, to see a three-bed semi-detached house. We revisit a plot of land just outside Bolton in Lancashire that Martel first saw in 2019. Martel is also in Bishop Auckland, County Durham, to see a two-bed terrace with a very low-sounding guide price.
Episode 8
Tommy is in Rugeley in Staffordshire to see a three-bed mid-terrace bought by a trio of experienced developers. Martin is in Cudham in the London borough of Bromley, visiting a two-bed end-terrace bought by a mother to help get her daughter on the property ladder. Jacqui is in north west London to see two flats that may be better reverting back to one.
Episode 9
Jacqui visits Vauxhall in south London to see a three-bed, third-floor flat with a lot of character and potential. She's also in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire, to see a mid-terrace property split into two one-bedroom flats. Dion heads to Macclesfield in Cheshire to see a Grade II listed two-bed home in an old mill.
Episode 10
Tommy is in Norwich to see a Grade II listing with bags of charm and potential. Martin is in Folkestone to visit a two-bed maisonette taken on by a builder with an interesting hobby. Dion heads to Wigan to see a three-bed terrace that's riddled with damp but has great development potential.
Episode 11
Martel is in Beeston, Nottinghamshire, to see a four-bed mid-terrace that the new owners have grand plans to turn into an HMO. Martin is in Welwyn Garden City, Hertfordshire, to see a three-bed end-terrace in need of a new lease of life. Jacqui is in Brighton visiting a rather grand Victorian terrace with five bedrooms over four floors.
Episode 12
A terrace in Aberdare, a slice of land in Glasgow and an end terrace in Rochester are sold under the hammer. Martin, Dion and Jacqui follow progress on the three developments as their new owners take on very different approaches to their investments.
Episode 13
Martin heads to Cannock in Staffordshire to see a three-bed bungalow with a bizarre layout, taken on by a husband and wife who aren't afraid to get their hands dirty. He also visits Alsager in Cheshire to see a three-bed semi with lots of space - it's just in all the wrong places. And Martel is in Hartlepool, County Durham, to visit a two-bed terrace in need of modernisation.
Episode 14
Martel is in Dalry, Ayrshire to see a ground floor, one bedroom flat with two front doors. Tommy is in Norwich visiting a former office which comes with plans to turn it into flats. Dion is in Walton, Liverpool to see two flats that come as part of the same auction lot.
Episode 15
Martel is in Brixton in south London to see a four-bed end terrace bought by a husband and wife team as a family home. Dion is in Chesterton in Staffordshire to look at a three-bed semi of non-standard construction. Tommy is in Chelmsford, Essex, where two brothers are tackling a three-bed end terrace as their first development project.
Episode 16
Dion heads to Crewe in Cheshire to see a two-bed end terrace, bought by a theatre nurse to renovate for her son and granddaughter to live in. We also revisit a three-storey building in Lower Gornal, West Midlands, which Dion first saw in 2018. It had planning permission to convert it into two flats, but has it finally been finished? Martel is in Hull to see a three-bed mid-terrace where ivy has made its way from the outside in.
Episode 17
Featuring short-lease flats in London and Leicestershire, and a terrace in Larkfield in Kent. There are plenty of twists and turns as the projects get away, but do any of the developers manage to turn a profit?
Episode 18
Properties in Sevenoaks in Kent, Beeston in Nottinghamshire and Dalston in London are sold under the hammer. The projects are varied and encounter unexpected twists, taking up to seven years to complete. Are the developers happy with the end results?

A terrace house in Stoke-on-Trent, a semi-detached house in Chaddesden in Derby and a five-apartment building in Chatham in Kent are all sold at auction. Martin, Dion and Jacqui meet the new owners and hear their plans to make money from their investments.

Three sets of developers take on three very different auction properties in London and Wolverhampton today, with hammer prices ranging from just over £100,000 to nearly half a million. But all three investors deliver stunning renovations.

Dion heads to Crewe in Cheshire to see a four-bed terrace with tonnes of original character and charm. Martel is in Accrington, Lancashire, visiting a two-bed mid-terrace that is a bit dark and dingy in places. Tommy is in Norwich, where a three-bed terrace takes him back to the 1970s.

A large shop and maisonette in Hornsey in London, an end terrace in Coventry and two maisonettes in Folkestone in Kent are sold under the hammer. The team follow the new owners' progress as they try to make some money on their investments.

A Victorian farmhouse in Stenson Fields in Derby is converted into a forever family home, while developers also transform houses in Beckenham in London and Carlisle in Cumbria for the resale market.
Episode 25
In a tale of three mid-terraces, Martel heads to Nantwich in Cheshire, where an experienced development duo tackle a project. Martin is in Ironville just outside Nottingham to see a historic house in need of a refresh. Tommy visits Great Yarmouth in Norfolk, where a young developer is taking charge for the first time under his dad's supervision.
Episode 26
Martin visits a two-bed semi in Stafford in the West Midlands bought by a couple of renovation rookies. He also heads to Worthing in West Sussex to see an interesting mixed commercial and residential lot. Martel is in Doncaster to see a two-bed mid-terrace bought by a pair of London-based developers.
Episode 27
Martin heads to Chesterton in Staffordshire to see a two-bedroom bungalow bought by someone downsizing to their forever home. Martel is in Leeds to see a back-to-back two-bed terrace. Dion is in Birmingham, where a two-bed semi-detached house needs bringing up to date.
Episode 28
A trio of terraces are sold under the hammer in Clifton near Penrith in Cumbria, Derby and Crowland near Peterborough. All the developers are relatively new to the renovation game, but all are confident they can make a profit from their auction investments.

Terraces in Plaistow in London and Porth in Wales, along with a three bedroom detached house in Crystal Palace in London, are bought at online auctions by developers who have ambitious plans to add value to their investments. Projects range from a few weeks to well over a year, but will any of them turn a profit?
Episode 30
A small flat in Edinburgh's Haymarket, a three-bedroom terrace in Newcastle-Under-Lyme and a grand detached house with an annexe and a walled garden in Carlisle are sold at auction. One property is destined for the rental market, another to sell on, while the listed house in Carlisle is destined to be the developers' family home.

A new development of houses in Stoke-on-Trent, a one-bedroom flat in Battersea and a Merseyside terrace bought to support new families living in the community are sold at auction. Dion, Martel and Jacqui check in on the developers' progress.

A Victorian terrace in Aylesbury, a fire-damaged house in Bolton and four barns on land in St Mary in the Marsh in Kent are all sold under the hammer. Martin, Dion, Jacqui and Tommy follow progress as the new owners try to make some money on their investments.

A first-time developer transforms a terrace in Stoke, while more seasoned developers also deliver great projects in Rugby and Leeds.

Property in West Bromwich, Gawthorpe and Lowestoft are bought at online auctions by developers who have plans to make money on their investments. But they are also kept busy away from property developing: one investor becomes a grandad for the first time, and another is on the cusp of completing a challenge of cycling to all 1,000 pubs in East Anglia.

A terraced cottage in Kent, a two-bed semi-detached with a wonderful garden in Suffolk and a four-bedroom terrace near Coventry are all sold at online auctions. Two homes are destined for the rental market while the third becomes a labour of love for its new owner who plans to make it his home.

Dion is in Pudsey, West Yorkshire, to see an end terrace divided up into two one-bed flats. He's also in Willenhall in the West Midlands to see a three-bed end terrace bought by a first time developer. We also return to Rochdale to see a commercial building Martel first visited back in 2019.

A terraced house in Aston in Birmingham, a charming cottage in the Norfolk village of Hilgay and a modern town house in Sutton-in-Ashfield are sold at online auctions. Dion, Martel and Tommy follow the developers' progress as they try to make a profit on their investments.

Houses and flats in Maidstone in Kent, London's Shepherd's Bush and Halesowen in the West Midlands are all bought at auction. Redevelopment takes from a few weeks to several years, with plenty of twists and turns, including a case of mistaken identity.
Episode 39
Martin is in Stoke-on-Trent to see a mid-terrace that hasn't quite made its mind up about how many bedrooms it has. Martel heads to Chatham in Kent to see a former barn with planning permission for an interesting conversion. She's also in Grimsby to see a three-bed mid-terrace, though she struggles to be optimistic about it.

Martel heads to Shildon in County Durham to see a two-bed mid-terrace bought by an enthusiastic first-time developer. Dion visits a rather unusual lot in Derby that has great potential for transformation. Jacqui is in Seaford, East Sussex, to see a former care home that is also a great opportunity for a developer with the right skills.
Episode 41
Jacqui visits Broadstairs in Kent, a favourite holiday destination of Charles Dickens, to see a two-bedroom basement garden flat bought by an experienced developer. Martin returns to Burton-on-Trent in Staffordshire to revisit a fire-damaged two-bed terrace he first saw in 2021, and he also heads to Tonypandy in south Wales to visit a four-storey building with potential to convert into separate flats.
Episode 42
A former police station in the Sheldon district of Birmingham is collared by a developer who sees an opportunity for an ambitious project. Dion meets a seasoned developer tackling a site with 24 garages in Alcester in Worcestershire, and Tommy is impressed by a terraced house in Great Yarmouth that is ready for some TLC.
Episode 43
The team catch up on one of the show's most unusual and lengthy projects to undercover a warren of underground Second World War tunnels near Dover, and there are developments in St John's Wood, one of London's most affluent suburbs as well as a double opportunity at a house in Stoke-on-Trent.
Episode 44
Martel is in St Helens, Merseyside to see a three bed mid terrace with some pretty ominous signs of damp. She's also in a rural part of West Lothian in Scotland to see a four bed detached house that really has seen better days, but has the potential to be a beautiful family home. Martin is in Launceston in Cornwall where a one bed flat with a wonderful view but a short lease is on offer.
Episode 45
Properties in Plymouth, Wallasey and Tufnell Park are all sold at online auctions by developers hoping to make a profit on their investment buys.

Martin falls in love with a Shropshire cottage, and love is in the air for its developers as well. The team also follow renovations in Burnley and Lowestoft.
Episode 47
Martin is in Warwickshire to see a property above a former brewery with a quirky layout and a holey roof. Dion heads to Staffordshire to visit a three-bed mid-terrace with a huge back garden boasting elevated views over Stoke-on-Trent. And we return to Nottinghamshire to find out how the story ends for a couple who bought a former farm building at auction and planned to turn it into their forever home.

High-end holiday lets in Llanfynydd and Blackpool and a large semi-detached house in Wolverhampton are sold at auction. The projects are bought by a long-distance runner, identical twins and an opera singer. But will the projects be a marathon, double trouble or hit the right note?
Episode 49
Houses in Surrey, Merseyside and London are sold at auction, and the renovations take the developers from a few weeks to several years to complete. The projects have very different budgets too, and are destined for the resale and rental markets.
Episode 50
A large home in Barry in south Wales, a terrace in Nuneaton in Warwickshire and a quirky one-bedroom flat in a Victorian former schoolhouse in the Isle of Wight are sold at auction. Martin, Martel and Jacqui meet the new owners and hear their plans for their investment projects.

A four-bedroom terrace in Saddleworth near Oldham with a tricky layout, an architecturally important flat in Blackheath in London and a dilapidated cottage without a bathroom in Treherbert in south Wales are all bought at auction. Two of the projects will be the developers' homes, and the three developments take from a few months to several years to complete.

A pretty cottage in New Mills in Powys, a bungalow in Bilston in the West Midlands and an end terrace in Norfolk's Great Yarmouth with holiday let potential are bought at auction. The developers have set budgets but have to re-evaluate when faced with soaring building material costs.

It's a tale of two detached bungalows for Tommy as he visits Mexborough in South Yorkshire and Orpington in London. Martel is in the village of Greengill in Cumbria to see a detached house set on several acres of rural land.

Jacqui heads to Lowestoft in Suffolk to see a one-bed flat that's just a stone's throw from the beach. Dion's in the South Yorkshire town of Mexborough to visit a two-bed terrace in need of a full refurbishment. Tommy visits Whittlesey in Cambridgeshire to cast his eye over a three-bedroom detached house that is seriously lacking in kerb appeal.

Martin is in the Cornish village of Blackwater to see a three-bed bungalow with an exterior that reminds him of a Battenberg cake! Tommy heads to Wandsworth in south London to visit a large period property split into three separate flats, with an eyewatering guide price of over £1 million. Martel takes a trip to Bilston in the West Midlands, where a three-bed semi with a rather large driveway catches her eye.

A stunning church conversion in Duxford near Cambridge, a pretty cottage in the village of Ruskington near Sleaford and a large former police station in Castle Vale in the West Midlands are bought at auction. Martin, Dion and Tommy follow progress as the developers transform their properties.

Tommy is by the seaside in the Norfolk village of Eccles-on-Sea to see a very unusual wooden property that he fears may be beyond salvation. He's also in Islington, north London, living the high life at a two-bed flat situated on one of the upper floors of a high-rise building. Dion is in Sheffield to view an intriguing auction lot comprising three terraced houses.
