Kirstie Allsopp and Phil Spencer are back, dealing with ever-changing property markets in a brand new series. This week they're helping two sets of first time buyers struggling to find a home in Southampton and The New Forest. Kirstie's with nervous new buyers Jenny and Tom in Southampton. They're keen to move out of their cramped rental into a home of their own, but finding a property in the city with a 'villagey' feel is a tall order, particularly when fierce competition and a fast market leaves them little time to think. Desperate measures may be required if Kirstie's going to help them take the property plunge. Meanwhile, Phil's with Georgie and Will around the New Forest National Park. The couple are desperate to finally live together after seven years together.

Kirstie Allsopp meets Stuart and Lara, who want to be under the same roof after two years of being together, but living 100 miles apart. The pair look in the vicinity of Amersham. Phil Spencer meets Randhir and Sheetal, who want to swap London living for the village life in Berkshire before baby number two arrives in only five weeks.

Kirstie Allsopp's with childhood sweethearts Andy and Jenny who work in Warrington and currently rent nearby. They are desperate to buy their first home and start a family, but their differing approach to house hunting has meant only one near miss in six months of searching. Meanwhile Phil Spencer's with successful businesswoman Margot in Liverpool. She wants a forever home for one in the sought after seaside town of Crosby. Intent on downsizing, Margot sold her family home two years ago, moved into a rented flat and put everything in storage. Since then she's viewed 30 properties, but nothing has met her very exacting requirements. It's Phil's job to find the perfect home to end her lengthy search.

In this episode, Kirstie Allsopp and Phil Spencer are searching for a couple of rural retreats around the glorious Peak District. Kirstie's with single mum Anne, who sold her place in Sheffield to move out to the country with her teenage son Vinnie. However, a short term stay with her parents while they searched has turned into eight months, with only one property out of 20 viewed coming close. Kirstie needs to find them a home of their own fast - however, that one property still lurks at the back of Anne's mind. Meanwhile, Phil's searching for a dream home for Andrea and James. Living in the luxury of Andrea's parents' ample character stone-built home has given the couple a taste of the good life. Two years since the start of their search for a similar house, on a fraction of the budget, they still haven't found what they're looking for and need Phil to help focus their minds.

In this episode, Kirstie and Phil are house-hunting in Essex. Kirstie is with Jay and Charlene, parents to one-year-old Kai, who bought and refurbished their two bed home in Romford but now want to upsize to Chelmsford. They've struggled with the fast pace of the Chelmsford market while juggling caring for their baby and holding down full-time jobs - and Kirstie has to cope with their very different approaches to house-hunting. Meanwhile, Phil's with Jemma and Graham, who returned from Los Angeles three years ago and want to settle in Southend-on-Sea. The couple live a frugal life, only buying what they need, and over 20 years have saved the ú300k to buy their home. However, parting with the cash is a worry and they need the expert help of Phil to help them spend it wisely.

This week Kirstie Allsopp and Phil Spencer are searching for properties in south and east London in the week after the Brexit vote. Sisters Ruth and Anna are pooling funds, while Aba, also a first time buyer, confesses to champagne tastes, but lemonade money.

This time Kirstie Allsopp and Phil Spencer are in Bath, where Kirstie meets first time buyers Laura and Phil, who are desperate to make the move from shared living to a home of their own. Phil goes property searching with downsizing duo Kerrie and Dave, who sold their beloved and much-laboured-over barn conversion to move closer to their kids.

The property searchers visit Greater Manchester and Cheshire this time. Kirstie Allsopp is with Jacinta and Marco, who having outgrown their home in Didsbury, are looking for something bigger and better. Phil Spencer is with the newly-engaged couple Olivia and Amy, who want to settle back in the North after five years on the move.

Location, Location, Location returns for a new series on the cusp of a brand new year. In Birmingham, Kirstie Allsopp helps sewing blogger Elle and her fiance Ed, who have seen 52 properties and still can't find the perfect pad. Phil Spencer helps Ben and Laura, who are relocating from Bristol to Birmingham. It's Phil's job to find them a property where they won't be stuck in suburbia.

Kirstie Allsopp searches north east London for ballet dancer Nicol and his brother Harry. They're joining together to get on the property ladder. But even pooling their funds won't get them into Hackney or Hoxton, so it's off to Walthamstow and Leyton. Phil Spencer helps Tinder success story Hiren and Priyanka, who have been searching for a home for a year following a whirlwind romance.

Kirstie Allsopp goes on a property hunt in the trendy suburb of Heaton, in Newcastle, for Tom and Liz - who are fed up renting flats and want to find a home worth forking out for. Phil Spencer is in the Tyne Valley with Michael and Sorrel, who have been searching for two years to find a family home. Having lost out on a house last minute, the couple now only have two months on their rental until they and their four-month-old baby are homeless.

Kirstie Allsopp searches for a family home around Hove on the south coast. Duncan, Anna and their three young daughters have returned from seven years living in Switzerland with a list of criteria as long as your arm. Can Kirstie teach them the art of compromise? Phil Spencer helps Mick and Bernie, who are looking to downsize from Lancashire to the South Downs for their retirement.

Kirstie Allsopp and Phil Spencer visit Essex and Hertfordshire. Kirstie is house hunting for Justin and Christie, who have spent the first five years of their relationship living 50 miles apart and are desperate to finally live together and start a family. Can Kirstie bridge the geographical divide? Phil's helping Cara and Ben, who need a family home in or near Bishop's Stortford.

Phil catches up with two couples who were struggling to find suitable first marital homes - Rupreet and Sundeep in Harrow and Paul and Elly in Bristol.

In London, Phil Spencer catches up with Krystle and Sam, who wanted a fun party pad near the river, and Jason and Jaye, who found Clapham beyond their budget.

Phil Spencer catches up with two sets of family planners. In 2012, civil partners Ally and Jo were looking in south London for a home big enough for three. And in Cardiff in 2015, children were also part of the plan for Steve and Jo. Did the two couples find the right nests?
