Coverage of the concluding events from day one, including swimming finals in the men's and women's 400m freestyle and 4x100m freestyle at La Defense Arena. The women's 400m freestyle could be the highlight of the session, with reigning champion Ariarne Titmus, Katie Ledecky and Summer McIntosh combining to own the 28 fastest times in history prior to the Olympics. Medals will also be awarded in the men's rugby sevens at the Stade de France, and qualifying takes place in the men's artistic gymnastics at Bercy Arena
