Rex and Riley get even more excited when there's an opportunity to join the team - but they have to get through the trial first and there's only space for one person. Friendship turns to rivalry and things only get worse when the prize is revealed to be not all that it seemed.

He tries to employ the rest of the gang as his servants, but when an angry dragon demands the gold he has to find a way to get it back. Meanwhile Alexia goes to great lengths to prove she is better at hiding than Claireparker.

Alexia's Dinner
Alexia goes into a tailspin when she realises her demanding parents are coming for dinner. She only decides to invite Aethelwynne from the console, which goes disastrously wrong when he is cursed for stealing an artefact from his game, Alexia's virtual date is kidnapped, Rex ends up serving hairball canapés and Kiki's legs seize up just as she is about to perform a dance from Swan Lake. It just needs Claireparker to save the day - if only she had been invited in the first place.

High Spirits
After she borrows a golden Egyptian idol from her game, Alexia is accused of always taking things without asking. Offended, she decides to live on her own and starts to divide the console in two. Aethelwynne, meanwhile, believes the idol is haunted and he and Rex set about trying to hunt the ghost.

The Problems of Dr Nigiri
Everyone in the console is excited when the extraordinary Dr Nigiri visits them from the virtual TrainBrain Academy to test their minds. Everyone except Riley that is, who thinks the good doctor might not be everything he says he is. Meanwhile Kiki has her hands full trying to nurse a man-eating plant back to life.

Reset
Claireparker is fed up with the chaos in the console, and frustrated that she is the only one who keeps things tidy. Things come to a head when she has the worst morning ever, but after she discovers the reset button hidden behind a panel in her bedroom, she finds a way to take control of life in the console. But other people have an annoying habit of not doing what she wants them to do.

The Game's Up
Rex Dynamo is nearing the end of his game, meaning that he will no longer be played and will disappear from the Console. Rex is unaware of his fate but his friends don't have the heart to tell him. Instead they plan a farewell party, and Alexia and Claireparker venture off to get him a suitable leaving gift. Aethelwynne is particularly upset that Rex might be leaving and finds it difficult not to tell him. What will happen to Rex?

Mrs Dynamo's Son
Rex gets into a panic when QM tells him his mother is coming to stay. She thinks he is a gaming superhero special agent and he is worried she will be disappointed when she finds out that all he really does is collect apples. Meanwhile, Aethelwynne gets stuck on Spanish mode, which gets very complicated when no one can understand a word he says.

Bodyswap
Kiki Nova sneaks a plasma ball into the console from her game and the gang embark on a series of games without the Quartermasters' permission. Disaster looms when Riley and Aethelwynne swap bodies after falling into the transporter during a game of cricket. Despite their best efforts, they cannot swap back.
To make it worse, Riley has to take his promotion exams and Aethelwynne is stuck on a difficult level in Swords Of The Ancients. How will they cope having to play as each other? Will they have to spend the rest of their lives trapped in each other's bodies?

Saving Private Romford
Romford accidentally goes into self-destruct mode and the whole console is threatened with being erased. As the gang race against time to find ways to to reset him, they reminisce about all the good times they had with Romford. With no solution presenting itself and the timer counting down, Aethelwynne and Alexia decide to take matters into their own hands for the good of everyone. They secretly sneak Romford into the Troll King's Lair. But when the others find out, they are not happy that one of their friends has been abandoned. Now the gang have to rescue Romford and defuse him. They come up with a plan - but it looks like it is going to cost Aethelwynne his Mythril underpants.
