Sian investigates what's money well spent in our shopping baskets – this week Sian and Nutrition Therapist Ian Marber look at non-dairy alternatives to the good old pint of milk. Can almond, soya and oat milk compete with regular milk in both nutrition and cost?

This week it's all about chocolate! Sian dons her apron alongside Nutrition Therapist Ian Marber and tries her hand at cooking up some zero sugar chocolate treats. They may have no sugar but how do they compare on calories and cost?
And we'll be asking, is it possible to get a taste of luxury chocolate at an affordable price? Our group of trusty taste testers will take part in a blind taste test pitching an international award winning chocolate against the cheapest supermarket own brand bar. Which will get their taste buds tingling?
We also look at the best way of getting your 5 a day as we discover which products are better eaten fresh, tinned or frozen and which will keep our wallets healthier too.

It may be easy for Phil, but will this week's Save Money family be able to cook up the same meal in their own kitchen?
Sian investigates what's money well spent in our shopping baskets – this week she joins nutrition therapist Ian Marber look at the latest trend of foods with "added protein". Do our diets need a protein boost and are these food products worth in terms of both nutrition and cost?
We also look at high street coffee reward schemes - how much do you have to spend before you get your free cup?
And we'll be putting kitchen gadgets to the test to see whether they can make those everyday chores easier and to find what's out there at what price. This week, four bottle openers from the everyday to the super luxe are put through a Save Money road test.

The Big Fat Quiz
The Big Fat Quiz is an annual British television programme broadcast on the last Sunday of the year on Channel 4. Essentially, the show is a comedy panel show in the style of a pub quiz. Three teams, of two celebrities each, are asked questions relating to the events of the year just gone by, which they write answers to on an electronic board in front of them. At the end of each round, they then display their answers, scoring a point for each correct one. The first edition was broadcast in December 2004. There has been another at the end of each year since, as well as a special edition in November 2007 for Channel 4's 25th anniversary celebrations.

With the guidance of his father, Harry, he adopts a Code designed to help him find and kill people who deserve to be eliminated from society without getting on law enforcements' radar. This is a particular challenge for young Dexter as he begins a forensics internship at the Miami Metro Police Department.
