It's time for brunch in Michael Symon's backyard! He makes Homemade Bagels with poppy seeds and sesame seeds, and his wife, Liz, whips up Homemade Cream Cheese to go with them. Michael also makes Planked Everything Bagel-Spiced Salmon, placing the wood plank right on the grill, for an unforgettable brunch.
Hot and Kinda Fast Brisket
Michael Symon fires up his smoker and firepit to make some of his Dad's and Pap's favorite dishes. He starts with a lesson on how to create the perfect smoked brisket with his Pastrami Rubbed Brisket. But smoking a brisket takes time, so while Michael waits, he takes care of some chores and then whips up his Pap's favorite Rye Spaetzle and his Dad's favorite Grilled Cabbage.
